The scents of the sea and land of Versilia and Garfagnana, elaborated in recipes ranging from regional to international ones, to meet the tastes and habits of the customers who come to the hotel in Forte dei Marmi, are the protagonists of the cuisine of the restaurant of the Pigalle Hotel.

Courses and dishes are accompanied by excellent wines from the cellar, which collects a selection of territorial wines with extra-regional forays and international labels.

Like the other common areas of the hotel, the restaurant is also elegant, combining refinement and cordiality. Vegetarian guests and guests with special dietary needs will find on the menu the foods that best suit their eating habits.

Hotel Pigalle recommends our typical dishes: Spelled soup and porcini mushrooms from Garfagnana, tuna steak with sesame, cacciucco alla Livornese.

Customers can change their services chosen at the time of booking (half board or full board) directly upon arrival at the hotel with relative price list change (except in July and August).
